I recently stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The room wasn't up to the mark, the service was poor, and the food was also not good. Due to these issues, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others." Room quality: Could be improved Service: Disappointing Food quality: Not satisfactory Overall experience: Not recommended

I was placed in Room 309. The AC unit in this room is old and malfunctioning. It does not cool at all. The front air flaps are broken. The filters are clogged with dust and dirty. Extremely upset with Hotel Oakland Plaza
